Work-study programmes and VIE

Petit Forestier Group is committed to training new talent through its work-study and Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) programmes. An exciting opportunity to learn and grow.

What kind of experiences can our work-study students expect?

Practical training

Work-based training is a priority for Petit Forestier Group. Throughout their course, work-study students are supported by a tutor who is an expert in their field, enabling them to rapidly develop solid skills.

Career opportunities

The work-based training at Petit Forestier is more than just a training course, it's a real stepping stone to a successful career, leading to a permanent contract once the training has been validated.

Key figures for work-based training

Every year, we take on more than 160 work-study students within the Petit Forestier Group, in a wide range of roles, helping to train the next generation of talent.
75% of our work-study students are enrolled on technical courses leading to diplomas in mechanics, bodywork, paintwork, refrigeration and air conditioning.
